Back to school night set

Los Banos High School is hosting back to school night on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Tiger Gym, 1966 Eleventh St. Spirit wear will be sold prior to the event. Parents are encouraged to attend and meet their children's teachers.

Los Banos community blood drive planned

Los Banos Kiwanis is sponsoring the Los Banos community blood drive on Thursday from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the Church of Latter Day Saints Hall, 1826 South Center St.

All donors will receive a free pint of Baskin-Robbins ice cream and a voucher for a 'buy one get one' free Fresno fair ticket. For more information contact (559) 389-5433.

4-H Club meeting set for Wednesday

An OLF 4-H Club meeting will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Parish Hall, 1625 Center Ave. Members are being recruited to learn about the various projects being offered, including clothing and textiles, quilting, arts and crafts, photography, woodworking, electricity, foods and nutrition (cooking, cake decorating), rocketry, livestock, poultry (chickens), rabbits, community pride (service), etc. For more information call Donna at 826-2222 or 617-8371.
