Dirt track go-kart races

ATWATER — Kids age 5 and up will race go-karts on a dirt oval track Sunday at 500 Industrial Way. A drivers meeting will be held at 9 a.m. For more information, call (408) 489-9432.

Law professionals dinner

The Merced County Legal Professionals Association will hold its 30th annual fund-raiser from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Sept. 14 at De Angelo's. Tickets are $25 per adult and $10 for children 8 and under. Baby Boomer Expo

Healthy living program

Mercy Medical Center will host Living A Healthy Life, a six-week workshop for those with any chronic condition. Workshops will be held Tuesdays starting Sept. 17 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Mercy Outpatient Center-Dominican Campus, 2700 M St., second floor.

Merced classes reunite

Graduates of the Merced High Class of 1948 meet on the first Wednesday of every even month at 11:30 a.m. at the Elks Lodge. They will host a reunion for the classes of 1947, 1948 and 1949 at noon on Oct. 3 at the Branding Iron Restaurant. Tickets for the reunion are $25 per person.
