Marvin Jordan added 17 points and four assists, Tahjere McCall chipped in 16 points and Ramone Snowden finished with 12 points before fouling out. The Purple Eagles have won back- to-back games after a seven-game losing streak.

After the break Mason erupted for 19 points as the Purple Eagles stormed back and pulled away by netting 52 percent from the field. The Wildcats could not keep up, shooting a miserable 35.7 percent from the floor in the period.
Davidson lost despite holding advantages in scoring off turnovers (18-14) and in the paint (28-22).
