King of Diamonds Poker Tournament Saturday
The King of Diamonds Poker Tournament, a fundraiser for the Merced College baseball team, will be held on Saturday at the Italo-American Lodge. Atwater Little League baseball/softball sign-ups
Registration for baseball and softball players ages 4 through 14 is open through Feb. 3 online at www.atwaterlittleleague.org. The league starts on March 15 and runs through the end of May. The cost to register for softball is $40. The cost to register for baseball ranges from $45 to $70. All 11- to 14-year-old (and the majority of 9- 10-year-old) games will be on weekdays to allow travel ball players to play both Little League and travel ball.
