Merced Saturday Aglow will host Juennine Fox of Fullness Ministries International at 10 a.m. today at Christian Life Center, 650 E. Olive Ave. Fox is known internationally for prophetic signs and wonders ministry.

St. Anthony open house

St. Anthony School will have an open house for prospective students and their parents from 11 a.m. to noon Sunday at the school, 1801 Winton Way. Preschool through eighth grade will be open. Call (209) 358-3341 or go to stanthonyknights.com for more information.

VFW breakfast Sunday

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary will have its monthly breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday at 1390 Broadway. Cost is $4 to $6 for waffles with strawberries and cream or biscuits with sausage gravy, eggs cooked to order and bacon or sausage, hash browns and a biscuit. All proceeds go to veterans programs.

Merced Garden Club

The Merced Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Fish and Game Building at Lake Yosemite. A flower arranging how-to will be presented by Sherrie Miller, Kathy Moren and Joyce Stillman. Call (209) 617-8119 for more information.

Merced College luncheon

Merced College Foundation will host the State of the College Address and Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. April 11 at the Office of Public Affairs, 3600 M St. Cost is $50 each or sponsor a table of eight for $50. Corporate sponsorships are available for $1,000. Call (209) 381-6470.

School science night

Rivera Middle School will have Science Night from 5 to 7 p.m. April 11 at 945 Buena Vista Drive. The event is sponsored by the TEAM Get Set Service Club from UC Merced. Open to the public. Call (209) 385-6680 for more information.

Genealogical Society

will meet at library

The Merced County Genealogical Society will meet at noon April 19 in the Gracey Room of Merced County Library, 2100 O St. The speaker will be Kathryn Marshall. The meeting is open to all, no membership required.

Founder’s Day celebration

Members of the Merced Area Council of Beta Sigma Phi will celebrate Founder’s Day at 11:30 a.m. April 26 with a luncheon at the Branding Iron, 640 W. 16th St.. This is the 83rd anniversary of the founding group and all inactive members are invited. Call (209) 723-3573 for reservations or for more information.
