The second session of College for Kids kicked off this week at Merced College, with a wide variety of activities for children going into fourth through eighth grades.

Session II of College for Kids began Monday and ends Thursday. Session III happens July 21 through July 31.

The classes at College for Kids include aquatics, arts, sports, cooking, math, science and language arts. Ages vary for aquatics offerings, sports camps and some enrichment offerings, according to the Merced College Commuity Services website.

Most programs are $60 to $65 per offering. Individual sports camps and aquatics offerings have different fees. Registration covers enrollment fees and supplies, unless otherwise noted, and does not cover the cost of snacks, meals or other related expenses, according to the website.
