Sams becomes Tigers' all-time leading rusher
James Sams rushed for 162 yards in Friday night's playoff loss to Escalon to become Los Banos' all-time leading rusher, surpassing Rodney Percoats' mark of 3,777 yards, which stood for 20 years. Sams set the Tigers' new yardage mark (3,858) with Percoats on hand.
