Julia Couzens' works on exhibit at Stanislaus
The California State University, Stanislaus College of the Arts will feature an exhibition of the work of Julia Couzens titled "Maidment" through Dec. 18 in the University Art Gallery. New Year's Eve Dance

Healthy House MATCH Coalition receives grant
Healthy House Coalition has received training grants from the Merced County Department of Mental Health. The grant is to provide mental health public awareness and education to area residents with a special focus on reaching Spanish, Hmong and Punjabi speaking residents. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9946 hosts Hamburger Night every Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. and a Karaoke Night the first Friday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at 1390 Broadway.
