Merced police union calls out city leaders on social media

The Merced Police Officers Association posted a strongly worded open letter on its Facebook page on Tuesday as the calls for better compensation and more officers rise in the city. The letter takes aim at Merced City Manager John Bramble and the City Council because their “mismanagement has driven the department and city into the ground,” it states.
