COULTERVILLE The Northside Pet Connection will host the Dunk Tank at this year’s Coyote Fest on Sept. 28 at Coulterville Park, on the corner of Highways 49 and 132. Tony Howie and the Copper Holdings Company Bank will provide the entertainment and proceeds will benefit the spay-neuter program.
Bear Creek Nazarene Church will celebrate it’s 90th anniversary at 6 p.m. on Sept. 28 and at 10 a.m. on Sept. 29 at the church, 1717 E. Olive Ave.
Serving all veterans
ATWATER The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9946 has been serving the needs of veterans and their families for more than 62 years and welcome any veteran whose service included combat or a combat operation. Hinds Hospice gala
Hinds Hospice will hold its annual gala Sept. 27 at Vista Ranch and Cellars. Entertainment includes music, dancing, a 50/50 raffle, poker run, and live and silent auction with dinner and wine. Tickets are $75 per person. Sponsorship opportunities are available and all proceeds will benefit the hospice.
