ACE Overcomers

If you struggle with depression, anxiety or anger, it may be a lingering response to a difficult childhood. ACE Overcomers is a program that will help you cope with the effects of a difficult childhood. It is a 12-week course that equips you to understand and overcome the patterns of thought and behavior that are self-defeating. ACE begins a new free class in January 2014. Sierra Club potluck
