A third person is being sought in connection with the March 13 murder of three men in a Linda apartment, Yuba County Sheriff Steve Durfor announced.
Guillermo Larios Garcia, 43, whose last known address was Pacoima in the Southern California area, has been named, along with Saul Marroquin, 26, of Merced and Nicolaus Solano, 28 of the Yuba-Sutter area. They are wanted in the deaths of Manuel Robles-Basurto and brothers Jose Arreguin-Cardenas, 31, of Jesus Arreguin-Cardenas, 37.
Yuba County issued a warrant for Garcia's arrest Friday. He had been identified by witness statements as being directly involved in the shooting. He has a history of assaults and robbery in the Los Angeles area, sheriff's spokeswoman Melanie Oakes said.
Guillermo Larios Garcia has several known aliases, including Ricardo Balverde, Ricardo Ortiz, Luis Alonso Hernandez and Ignacio Baniaguia Gomez. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Like Marroquin and Solano, Garcia should be considered armed and dangerous. Those with information about the homicide, or Garcia's current whereabouts, are asked to call the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at (530) 749-7777.
Merced police officers have assisted in the search of Marroquin and served search warrants in the local area where evidence was collected. Marroquin has brown hair, brown eyes, and is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds.
The murder victims lived outside the Yuba County area and detectives are trying to determine what brought them to the Linda apartment.
