New Zealand songwriter Anthonie Tonnon and Canadian goth band Rhythm of Cruelty are scheduled to perform 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28 at Tigers and Daggers record store, 621 W. Main St. in downtown Merced. The show, which is co-sponsored by Downtown Life Magazine, is free for all ages.
Exotica Thursdays at Club Bahia

‘Born and Raised’ at Playhouse Merced
Playhouse Merced is scheduled to present its production of “Born and Raised” Friday, May 30 through Sunday June 1. “Born and Raised” is a collection of one-act plays by local writers. Plays must include the theme of living in Merced County. The play ideas were previously submitted and four were chosen.
