Within two blocks of the White House there's a complex of buildings covering the entire city block, which house the National Headquarters for the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.From the front, one building looks very much like the White House.Merced College Workplace Learning Resource Center will host a "ServSafe Workshop" from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesday and July 14 at the Business Resource Center, 630 W. 19th St. This class meets the requirements for the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law and you must attend both sessions.
