Shy student Kai is desperate to visit his girlfriend in France, whether she likes it or not. When a spot of smalltime gangstering offers itself as a route to an airfare, he bites -- little suspecting that his evening, his travel plans and his relationship are all about to be set seriously off kilter -- Sharply choreographed and winningly eccentric, this is a total delight and a tremendously confident debut.
