Merced County Supervisor John Pedrozo has announced a series of town hall meetings he’s holding in the coming weeks.
The meetings are designed to provide local residents with important information on issues facing the county, state and community, and are held once a year.
The first meeting will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Tenaya Middle School, 760 W. 8th St. The other meeting dates are:
* Jan. 28: Livingston City Council Chambers, 1416 C St.

* Feb. 2: Planada Community Hall, 9167 E. Stanford Ave.
* Feb. 10: Le Grand Legion Hall, 12560 Le Grand Rd.
All meetings start at 6:30 p.m.
Several Merced County department heads will be on hand to answer questions or respond to concerns. Representatives from state and national offices will also be present.
