American Public Media's "Future Tense," a daily radio program about technology, took a look at Google's recent proposal to build ultra-high-speed networks in communities around the United States.

The show includes an interview with Merced Sun-Star editor Brandon Bowers, talking about the newspaper's recent editorial asking readers to lobby Google to pick Merced as a test site.
