Los Banos natives Brett Brooks and Dusty Dahlgren, also known as the Moonshine Bandits, said they’ve started their own line of alcoholic beverages.
The band, which a news release said has toured the U.S., sold thousands of CDs and performed for the U.S. military, also has its own line of "Shiner" clothing.
Lee Palleschi owns Valley Spirits, which produces a vodka distilled five times known as Cold House Vodka. Palleschi is now working on his fifth batch of Cold House, the news release said.
The Moonshine Bandits said they have endorsed the vodka and other products. The band said it plans to contact and distribute its Cold House Vodka to Town & Country Liquor, Save Mart, Rooney's and other locations. For more info, visit www.coldhousevodka.com.

The Moonshine Bandits’ news release said they were raised on a mix of Johnny Cash, the Beastie Boys and other groups and have introduced the music genre of outlaw country rock/rap to new audiences. The Bandits said they’ve been aired on various FM Top 40 radio stations with their new song, "Super Goggles," which can be downloaded on iTunes.
