A taco truck in Winton was robbed by two men with handguns on Wednesday night, according to the Merced County Sheriff's Department.

The 29-year-old female victim and her 19-year-old female friend were inside the truck at Santa Fe Road and Walnut Avenue when two men dressed in dark clothing pointed handguns through the window and demanded cash.

The victim told sheriff's deputies that she gave the suspects cash and they left in a dark-colored four-door vehicle, possibly a Honda Accord. Both suspects are described as Hispanic males. One was wearing a dark hooded shirt and both men were wearing dark masks.

Anyone with information may call the sheriff's office at (209) 385-7472.
