'Off the 99:' County aims to foster business growth with permitting center

This week, Off the 99 hosts Mike North and Joshua Emerson Smith sit down with county officials to discuss a new "one-stop" development review center, which is expected to streamline the permitting process and foster job growth and new business. Supervisor John Pedrozo, Supervisor Hub Walsh and Mark Hendrickson, director of commerce, aviation and economic development for Merced County, talk about the project, which was passed by the Board of Supervisors earlier this week.
