A sudden rainstorm flooded a good many streets in Merced, Saturday, (11-17-2012) afternoon. This motorist with a big grin on his face, had no respect for others, as he drove his truck through the flooded street on Park Ave. making a water wall a good five feet high soaking everything in its path. Many cars traveled  through the flooded streets with water up to their bumpers and in some places up to their headlights on Park Ave. and Rambler Road.
