MOPS vendor fair
Mothers of Pre-Schoolers will host a vendor fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 455 W. 20th St. at the Historic Mansion House. Admission is free and there will be a raffle and products for sale for Mother’s Day, weddings, graduations and more. For more information, call (209) 631-2071.
Bay Area game trips
The Big Valley Travel Club is offering trips to games at the Oakland Coliseum and San Francisco through May 5. For more information, call (209) 634-6804.
The Elks Park Pancake Breakfast will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday at 3600 Wardrobe Ave. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children and includes pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, orange juice and coffee. Bloody marys and screwdrivers will be available. All proceeds benefit the Elks Park.
AAA and the American Red Cross are offering a free 90-minute disaster readiness workshop at 6 p.m. Wednesday at 3065 M St. Car-seat inspection will be offered on the same day from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., by appointment only. For more information, call (209) 726-7463.

Cancer yard sale
The fourth annual Cancer Wellness fundraiser yard sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 26 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, off Bellevue Road. Proceeds will benefit free restorative wellness programs for cancer survivors. Donations are accepted. Garden club event
The Le Grand Community Garden Club will present its annual spring event, More Beauty, Less Bother, at 10:30 a.m. April 30 at the Chowchilla SFA Portuguese Hall, 800 S.
