Mature Driver Improvement classes

Merced College Office of Continuing Education is offering Mature Driver Improvement classes for people 50 and older. Classes will are 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and again from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 9 at the Tri-College Center, Building 5 and at Merced College’s Los Banos Campus, Room B134. The National Association for Uniformed Services, H. Wayne Hein Chapter 18, will meet at 10 a.m. on April 19 at the Atwater Veteran’s Memorial Building, 1390 Broadway. The second season of the First Tee Merced will begin at 5:45 p.m. April 30 at the Merced Golf and Country Club. The organization uses golf to teach life skills to children between 5 and 17.
