Atwater air museum holds annual Strawberry Waffle Brunch

Sunday event also allows visitors to tour military aircraft displays

The Castle Air Museum will be holding its annual Strawberry Waffle Brunch on Sunday at the museum, located at 5050 Santa Fe Drive, Atwater.

Celebrity chefs will prepare the waffles. There will also be a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Visitors will be able to tour the museum and see the nearly 60 vintage military aircraft on display.

Price is $12 for adults and $5 for children younger than 6, said Joe Pruzzo, the museum’s executive director. For more information, call the museum at (209) 723-2178.
