Man stabbed in arm, police searching for suspects

Police are searching for three men suspected of being involved in a stabbing last week.
The Los Banos Police Department responded to the 1200 Block of Pacheco Boulevard for a report of a stabbing at 11 p.m. on July 3.
Police discovered a male, 45, suffering from stab wounds to one of his arms. The victim was taken to Memorial Hospital, Los Banos initially, but was later transferred to a Modesto area hospital. He is reportedly in stable condition.
Police said witnesses told them three males, one of which was heavyset wearing light colored shorts, were responsible for the stabbing. The suspects were last seen running toward Mercy Springs Road.
Police said the incident does not appear to be gang-related.
