The sentencing of Jesse Ryan Fuentes was postponed Wednesday to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Robert M. Falasco Justice Center, 445 I St. The sentencing was delayed because Fuentes’ lawyer, Dominic Falasco, failed to come to court. Judge Harry Jacobs has ordered Falasco to appear in front of him Oct. 2 to give a reason for not showing up. Fuentes, 23, pleaded guilty in May to killing an Army reservist in a hit-and-run crash in March. He can receive a maximum of four years in prison.
