More than 100 youths attended Pacheco High’s two-day football camp on July 17 and 18, running through 10 stations – five of them focused on agility drills and the other five focused on position drills – at Pacheco’s Veterans Memorial Stadium.

In addition, varsity quarterbacks coach Tyrell Jenkins and starting varsity signal-caller Juwan Epperson ran a quarterback clinic for QB hopefuls on the camp’s second day, teaching the dozen or so participants about where to look, the different types of drops and other position-specific skills.

Pacheco coach David Snapp said the camp attracted about 160 players on the first day and about 120 on the second.
