The Mariposa County Board of Supervisors will consider postponing the completion of the El Portal town plan during a meeting on Tuesday, June 22. The town plan is part of the land use section of the county's general plan. Town plans have been adopted for the communities of Coulterville, Fish Camp, Mariposa and Wawona, and are pending approval for Catheys Valley, Lake Don Pedro, Midpines and Yosemite West.
The board of supervisors meeting is at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, at the Mariposa County Government Center, 5100 Bullion Street in Mariposa.
