Debbe Bailey and her attorney met with Modesto City Schools attorney Roman Munoz on Tuesday to discuss her job evaluation and her placement on paid administrative leave.
Bailey, the district's deputy superintendent, was placed on leave in April.
School trustees have discussed her contract status in closed session several times.
Bailey and Munoz were scheduling meetings earlier in the month when Bailey was admitted to a hospital for heart and blood pressure monitoring. Trustees say they intend to release Bailey's evaluation and other documents in the next week.
