Federal agents who investigated one-time Stanislaus County sheriff's deputy Bob Holloway are expected to testify at a hearing Tuesday in Fresno. The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the federal courthouse.
Holloway, 62, was arrested in July 2008 with 11 other men. Prosecutors say Holloway ran a criminal enterprise out of his Denair motorcycle shop.
Defense attorneys are hoping agents from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will back up allegations that the investigation into Holloway was driven by a vendetta, not a quest for justice.
