Purchasing seven Honda motorcycles for the Modesto Police Department from Honda Kawasaki of Modesto for $106,224.

Co-sponsoring Earth Day in the Park festival at Graceada Park.
Renewing a contract with SkyWest Airlines, Inc. for continued use of airport facilities to operate passenger services at the Modesto Airport.
Authorizing a $790,427 contract with Amano McGann Inc. of Sacramento to purchase and install an automated parking garage system at city-owned garages.
Using $20,000 in general fund reserves to demolish Fire Station No. 2 at 629 Second Street. The Fire Department has moved to a new station in Marshall Park.
Approving a five-year, $2.9 million contract with Fox Loomis of Sacramento for work to clean and rejuvenate Modesto's storm water drainage system.

To discuss a lawsuit filed by former
Mayor Carmen Sabatino against the city to challenge an election mailer. He lost the lawsuit in 2007, but the city and Sabatino have been in court over whether he should pay penalties.
To talk with representatives of the city's employee unions.
