Poll: Do you agree with California law limiting full-contact football practices?

Attempting to reduce the number of injuries - particularly brain injuries - suffered by athletes playing football in middle and high school, Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law legislation limiting the number of full-contact practices in which teams at those levels may engage. Is it an effective approach to improving the game’s safety?
