To the person who found my black, three-toed cane in a CVS shopping cart in the parking lot at the Merced Mall: When I came out to my car last Tuesday, I put my package in the car and inadvertently left my cane in the cart and drove home. Upon realizing I had left my cane in the cart, I immediately returned to the mall parking lot. The cart was still there, but my cane was gone. The people in CVS said nobody had turned it in.
As I have a bad back and hip problems, I really need my cane. Would you please return it to CVS as soon as possible? I would be greatly appreciative. The good folks at CVS will see to it that it is returned to me.
