Nice to see some of the youth in Merced are doing some very positive things. On Wednesday, July 24, while visiting with a very good friend of mine at Mercy Medical Center, a young man came into her room and asked if he could play his cello for her. She of course told him yes. He played his first song and it was "Amazing Grace." The smile that came across this 97-year-old patient was unbelievable. She even sang along smiling all the way. Thank you, Levi Barenger, for making the day and week of a very sweet lady. Your parents should be very proud of you for the things you are doing. Bless you and keep up the good work.
