Approximately a month ago, in our city bill we received an insert telling us our new watering days. It says even-numbered addresses water on Tuesday and Saturday, and odd numbers water on Wednesday and Sunday.
Today we received a newsletter that says exactly the opposite!
Odd numbers water Tuesday and Saturday and even numbers water Wednesday and Sunday. Seriously? So which is it?
At the very least, the second notice should address the issue that the days are being changed yet again. I think this is going to cause much confusion!

According to www.cityofmerced.org, here is the new watering schedule:
• Addresses ending in even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) water on Tuesday and Saturday
• Addresses ending in odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) water on Wednesday and Sunday
The schedule listed in the city June newsletter that went out to homes with the utility bill at the beginning of the month was in error.
