'Off the 99:' Youth violence prevention

This week, Off the 99 addresses the issue of youth violence in the wake of a shooting that left three teenagers dead. A panel of local leaders joined in on the conversation, including District Attorney Larry Morse II, Chief Ruben Chavez of the Livingston Police Department and Tony Slaton, executive director of the Boys and Girls Club of Merced County.
