After the last trick-or-treaters head home Saturday night, it's time to set the clock back.
The official Standard Time change happens at 2 a.m. Sunday. But most people will change the hour hand and digital readout time on the microwave, automobile, wall clock and stove before they retire Saturday night.
The change From Daylight to Standard Time gives most Americans an extra hour of sleep. To forget means being very early for church services or tuning in for kickoff and finding a news show or pre-game chatter instead.
Daylight Saving time returns March 13.
