Durant leads Warriors to rout of Thunder

OAKLAND, Calif. - Russell Westbrook, fearless and built of alien parts, shed the physical Klay Thompson on a third quarter screen, zipped by Anderson Varejao with a left-handed crossover, barreled into the lane and rose up for a tomahawk dunk over Kevin Durant, one of the league's better rim protectors, who thought better of even rising for a legitimate block attempt.
