Keith Hunter wishes he could take credit for some of the spectacular dunks he's seen John Sykes throw down.
"I've really worked hard teaching him how to get up and showing him how to dunk," joked the Golden Valley coach.
"He does things I can only do in my dreams. He does it in real life."
Sykes put on another show Friday night.

Golden Valley's 94-54 win over Buhach Colony was a one-man dunk contest for Sykes.
Each dunk the GV senior delivered was more impressive than the previous one.
"It's fun for everyone to watch," Hunter said. "He's amazing. He can do things that nobody has been able to do here before."
Sykes' 25 points and 11 rebounds in just three quarters of work helped Golden Valley leave little doubt in the outcome of the game.
Golden Valley (2-1 Central California Conference, 15-3 overall) was out in front from the start.
Sykes and his teammates shredded Buhach Colony's press for layup after layup.
In Sykes' case: dunk after dunk.
"We were just determined to take the ball to the hole," Sykes said. "When we play that way, we're a tough team to stop.
"Buhach is a quick team. We're just faster."
Six layups and two dunks by Sykes staked GV to a 17-7 lead with 3:56 left in the first quarter.
Sykes scored 14 points in the first eight minutes and Alex Fletcher added eight of his 17 points as GV took a 30-10 lead into the second quarter.
Fletcher also finished with eight assists.
"I'd say they were ready to play and we weren't," said Buhach Colony coach John Bliss, whose team dropped to 0-3 and 9-9.
"That's the only thing you can say when you get down like that so quickly.
"I have to accept responsibility for that. Keith out-coached me tonight."
Eleven different GV players scored as they zipped the ball all over the court.
Richard Thomas hit four 3-pointers for 12 of his 14 points, and Garrett Hill added 10 points.
Still, it was the high-flying Sykes that brought the Golden Valley crowd to their feet.
"I really don't know what I'm going to do when I take off," Sykes said. "I just make it up when I'm in the air."
Just like in Hunter's dreams.
