The most expensive community in Merced County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $264.

Outside of Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, the best deal can be found in Merced, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $223.

In the last two weeks, a 1,204-square-foot home on Topeka Street in Atwater, Ballico, Cressey sold for $260,000.
