The median price per square foot for a home in Merced in the past week remained at $245. That’s the same price as the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $245.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $323.

The best deal can be found in Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $235.

In the past week, a 1,044-square-foot home on West 24th Street in Merced sold for $256,000.
