San Joaquin Valley temperatures could dip into the low 30s to mid-40s in the evening this week as a new storm makes it way into the region.
The weekend's wet weather, the first major storm of the season, brought less than a third of an inch of rain to most of the Valley, with the Sierra receiving 3 to 4 inches of moisture.
The new storm will bring a 20% chance of rain today, increasing to 50% tonight.
Tuesday's high in Fresno is forecast in the low 60s, with overnight temperatures in the mid-40s. Other areas of the Valley could see temperatures in the low-30s. Snow levels in the mountains could drop to about 7,000 feet.
