The Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce will offer a free pancake breakfast for senior citizens and their familes Wednesday at the Merced Senior Community Center. Doors will be open from 8 to 11 a.m., and breakfast will be served from 8 to 9 a.m.
The breakfast will feature local businesses that offer services for senior citizens, including financial planners, insurance agents, hospice and non-medical care providers, retirement communities and assisted living facilities, and tour operators.
Pancakes will be cooked by members of the Merced Breakfast Lion's Club. This event in sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging, a division of the Merced County Human Services Agency.
