Merced High to present 'True Magic' dinner farce Dec. 18-19

Merced High School said its theater arts, choir, art, business and agriculture programs and its student body will produce "True Magic: An A Cappella Christmas Farce with Unoriginal Music for the Entire Family" on Dec. 18 and 19.

The program is by Evan Guilford-Blake/Playscripts, Inc.

On Dec. 18, there will be a dinner theater from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple. A dinner concert will be performed from 6 to 7 p.m., and the "Christmas Farce" will run from 7 to 9 p.m.

On Dec. 19, there will be a dessert theater from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $10 per person or $15 per couple. A dessert concert will be performed from 4:30 to

5 p.m., and the Christmas Farce will follow in the Merced High School Theatre.

Tickets for the show only are $5 and will be available at the door.

Dinner and dessert reservations are required by Dec. 11.
