Hot Weather Means Good Food: The Wednesday Farmers' Market Is Back!

Have a craving for something fresh and healthy? As a Valley resident, you’re in the right place. Our location in the heart of farmland means that a plethora of tasty treats grow, quite literally, in our backyard.

And in case you hadn’t heard, the Merced County Certified Farmers’ Market is coming back on Wednesday mornings, starting tomorrow, May 4th.

Though the Farmers’ Market happens on Saturday mornings year round at 19th and N Streets, the Wednesday Market is only open from late spring through fall, making it a tasty mid-week treat.

Its location at the Promenade at Yosemite and Paulson means that you can drop in quickly, pick up produce, eggs, baked goods, and more, and then continue on with your day – or stop at one of the area vendors and continue on with your shopping.
