The Yosemite Conservancy and the National Park Service will celebrate the completion of the largest trail rehabilitation project in the history of Yosemite National Park.
Yosemite Conservancy representatives, along with famed climber Royal Robbins, will talk about the work that's been completed as part of a multi-million-dollar campaign to rehabilitate trails throughout the park, during a media event Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. Park officials will also dedicate the East Yosemite Valley Loop Trail and recognize donations and the work of the trail crews. The event will be held in the Church Bowl Picnic Area in Yosemite Valley, across from Ahwahnee Meadow just before the entrance to the Ahwahnee hotel. Parking is available on site.
