The city's blowup 20-foot-by-20-foot screen shown on the front page of today's Sun-Star may not be used after all during first lady Michelle Obama's commencement address during the Cap & Town festival.
At 1:30 p.m. with the sun bearing down, it'd be hard for the projection to show up. On top of that, the projector doesn't have any inputs for a TV signal, spokesman Mike Conway said. Workers are looking for a projector that could work.
There will still be 60-inch plasma screens in Bob Hart Square as backup.
