The high school wrestling postseason begins Saturday, with the Sac-Joaquin Section Team Dual Championships at Rosemont High School in Sacramento.
The tournament is wrestling's only postseason team event; the following week is league championships.
"It is a pretty big deal to get there," said Turlock coach Mike Contreras, whose Bulldogs won the Central California Conference title and have advanced to this tournament nine of the last 10 years. "It means your team had a pretty good season."
Turlock, CCC runner-up Golden Valley and Modesto Metro Conference champion Davis will all compete in Division I.

Oakdale and Weston Ranch will represent the Valley Oak League in Division IV. Sonora won the team title last year, and Oakdale the year before.
The majority of the Division V tournament is made up of district teams.
Central Catholic and Hilmar are representatives of the Western Athletic Conference. The Raiders have been dominant recently, winning three consecutive team dual titles. Last year, Central Catholic placed third in the state. And Hilmar, under head coach Dave Exline, is in the team duals for the first time in several years.
The Trans-Valley League features champion Escalon and runner-up Mariposa. Mariposa is a Southern League school that competes in the TVL for wrestling. The Cougars were the team dual runners-up to Escalon last year. Calaveras and Summerville are the Mother Lode League representatives in Division V.
