Four people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from May 14 through Tuesday.

SUSPECT: Benjamin Daniels, 19, Escalon

DATE ARRESTED: May 14

ARRESTING AGENCY: Riverbank Police Department

CHARGES: Burglary, vehicle theft, receiving stolen property


SUSPECT: Ramon Rodriguez, 18, Modesto

DATE ARRESTED: May 15

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, theft or extortion involving a motor vehicle or trailer, evading a police officer, obstructing an officer, possession of burglary tools


SUSPECT: Jerrel Grisson, 38, Stockton

DATE ARRESTED: Sunday

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, revoked probation


SUSPECT: Jeremy Turpitt, 22, transient

DATE ARRESTED: Tuesday

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

CHARGES: Auto theft, theft or extortion involving a motor vehicle or trailer, parole violation
