An instructional aide who is suspected of sexually abusing a male student in a Ceres classroom was scheduled for arraignment Monday in Stanislaus County Superior Court, but her case remained at square one because the district attorney's office has not yet filed a criminal complaint.
Stacey Goodloe, 35, was arrested last month and placed on leave from her job at Ceres High School. She is free on bail but prohibited from contacting anyone on campus.
The police charged Goodloe with three felonies: being older than 21 and having intercourse with someone younger than 16; being older than 21 and participating in oral sex with someone younger than 16; and committing a lewd or lascivious act with a 14- or 15-year-old.
